Not a good choice
I took the two table spoons and immediately had pains in my head all day long. Needless to say I threw it out, but it is a great glass container. Sorry I couldn't give this product the thumbs up.

Excellent
I have been taking lecithin for many years now. My "other" brand was out of stock so I tried Country Life and it is as good or better than what I have normally been taking. The granules are plump and moist-- not dried out -- and add a nice nutty taste to whatever I mix them with (drinks, rice, cereal - hot or cold - or soups. The price is also right.
