I swear by this stuff
Years ago I woke up one morning and my right middle finger was very stiff and very painful to bend. I thought nothing of it. Well, a few days past and the stiffness was still there. Finally, after more than two weeks I figured it was time to get some help.
First, I called my dad and he told me about Liga-Tend. He had used it for a stiff shoulder. So I got the stuff. In about two days I could tell it was working I was able to bend my finger some with less pain. In a week, my finger was fully functional with a touch of stiffness. Within two weeks, everything was back to normal.
About once or twice a year, the same symptoms will flare up and I go straight to the Liga-Tend and within couple of days the pain and stiffness is gone.
I have recommended this stuff to many but there is one caveat. DO NOT take it on an empty stomach. It does not bother me much but I have heard from others about how they began to feel a bit nauseous after taking it on an empty stomach. But they will acknowledge that the stuff works.
I hope my review is not too wordy but this is one product I know first hand works. I feel the other supplements I have taken keep me in good health but with Liga-Tend I do not feel it works, I know it works.

I take it every day
I take this everyday for my knees. I have been taking it on and off for years and now that I'm 48 I take it everyday. I am extremely active and it keeps me going!
