If you must have the liquid I am on a PEG Tube feeding method because i can't swallow. Because of this the review will be skewed to my problems - sorry. Very expensive! I take just about a quarter of the recommendation due to the fact that a full dose caused diarrhea. It is also thick and messy, but that is just the nature of the beast and not a criticism, just for your information. I only take it cuz the Docs say i should have at least a little fiber in my system. Be careful and stay on the same program that satisfies your digestive system and you will be all right.
