Great Product
I take one a day only as my daily vitamin does not contain any magnesium. I have noticed shortly after taking this product dark circles and puffiness under my eyes is somewhat less pronounced! Comes in thick glass bottle, and you can't beat Country Life for product quality.

Can't live without it!
I've been using this product for several years now. I never miss a day. Both magnesium and potassium are vital to my health with the added benefit of keeping my system regular and helping me maintain my weight. Indispensible part of my regimen.

Great Product
I have given my bottles away 2 times already- 1 to my mom the other to my best friend. It is hard to find this dosage in aspartate form! I am glad I found it. I agree- we don't get enough of these 2 minerals that need to be taken in this ratio to be effective.

Great Product
Good complete and balanced, easily absorbed source of Magnesium complemented with Potassium. Magnesium is VERY important and most people do not get nearly enough.
Cost can't stop you from using this great product.

These are a little on the large size as tablets go so feel kind of heavy on the stomach but if you take with meals they do just fine.
