huge but easy to swallow
these capsules are HUGE! about an inch in length and fat! they look like those capsules you buy your kids at the toy store, put in water, and they turn into an animal sponge. That being said, they go down surprisingly easy because the capsule is smooth. they actually go down easier than the tablet version I was taking. I'd buy these again unless I can find a smaller version at 1000mg
