"This may be a wonderful product if you can take it.The pills are huge, hard to swallow, and hard on the stomach. I beat them up with a steak tenderizer and mix them with apple sauce to get them down and so they won't sit undissolved on my stomach. I will try to take them all, as I really need them. Wish the maker could put them in a form easier to take."
