A good product.
I prefer the Citrate to Oxide or Malate for the minerals.

Sleep like a baby
I have gotten about 10 of my friends to use this product.
My girlfriend has gotten about 15 of her friends to use the product as well. Originally recommended to me by my Dr. to help me relax, I have found that it it has many other positive benefits. It is great for sleeping or general relaxation. My bones love it!

Great Product
Easy to swallow. Does not
upset my stomach. Take product at night after dinner;
had problems sleeping and calcium was recommended as a vitamin as a sleep aid. Take with complex B vitamin as well.

I won't be reordering these
I liked the fact that these were softgels, which are much easier to take, but they are enormous and I have to take two of them FOUR times a day in order to meet my daily requirements. I think I'll go back to taking the smaller ones without Vitamin D and take the D on its own.

Like It!!
I've been trying different calcium products since my naturopath told me I was deficient. This one seems to work the best. Easy to take. and no constipation side effects.
