Vitamin E
I wanted to add this oil to my new diet and my dietician recommended the mixed Tocopherola for better absorption, I am so glad she told me to find a vitamin E product that contain the addedTocopherola because iwould have just gotten plain E.

Immune system functions and health skin and hair
My doctors recommended adding 400 IU of Vitamin E to my diet. I suffer from a weak immune system and the Vitamin E along with other supplements helps to keep my immune system strong. The plus is healthier skin and shiny hair. I am a loyal fan.

This is a good E.
I just finished my first bottle of this product. I had no adverse reactions to this product of any kind. I tend to watch for this because many supplements can cause a break out in me, but this vitamin E caused no problems. I do believe it has helped my skin as well. I notice things heal better and my skin feels a little softer. I am test driving another vitamin E product right now, but might come back to this one if I see no comparable difference, but I do recommend this product.
