So far so good
Just started taking this product so I don't have a tangible data however it's been easy on the stomach which is good as I have issues with some vitamins they can be too heavy.

This product is terrific
I used this product to get my omega 3 supplement over the winter & it did a great job! The vitamin A made my hair & nails grow like crazy! I will say, once I started running outside when the weather got warmer, I didnt need the vitamin D anymore. I stopped taking this now that Im outside in the sun, but I will resume using this supplement over the winter months when I dont get vitamin D from the sun.

highly recommended
this is one of the best natural vitamin a & d i have purchased.very good effectiveness, however, if the glass bottle could be changed to a lighter material, that would be perfect. highly recommended !
