Excellent Value and Quality
Aloha,
Research has shown that R-Alpha Lipoic Acid is more potent and stable than the regular form. Tried many R-ALA brands therough the years, currently this is the best I've come across. A big plus is the vegie caps.

Good Deal
I got these and they were sold at a really good price. I take a lot of vitamins and I can tell you that without a doubt. They're small and easy to take too.

I like the preservative free, vegetarian capsules. I have taken another brand before and it makes me sleepy because of some of the fillers they use.

Great value!
I like the Country life brand in general. I got this because of no preservatives and its vegetarian.

Best for Energy
I got this product for use as a good general purpose antioxidant. Took one before a weight lifting workout and noticed a remarkable increase in performance. The only downside is it kept my mine too alert and interfered with my sleep. My body finally adjusted and normal sleeping returned in about one month.
