Best Mineral Complex around I have always taken Multiminerals and this one I have taken for over 3 Months now. I started with one Tablet per day. But when I increased the intake to 2 per day, I made some amazing improvements. I don’t drink Milk and I have always taken additional Cal Mag to compensate for that, but taking more of this is much better! I also take a lot of other supplements as well as 3 to 4 Grams timed released C per day from Country Life and noticed, that Country Life’s Total Mins seems to balance out my high C Intake as well! This has turned out ot be the best Multi Mineral Complex I came across so far! June 25, 2011

I have taken this regularly for about 3 years and would highly recommend it to anyone. They have an iron free version if you can't take iron. We all need to be taking a good mineral supplement.
