Type B Blood
My entire family has type B blood. I have done years of research on what to eat, drink and suppliments to take. We have all been taking Bromelain for years. Two years ago after his knee surgery my Naturalpathic doctor recommended that both of my sons take Bromelain to help with their cartiledge problems. I was already using it but her suggesting it made me feel like my research was well worth my time.

Bromelain
I happened to see Bromelain listed on a Pineapple as a great anti-inflamatory for arthritic aches and pains, so I looked it up and noted no bad side-effects, and I sent for some. I LOVE it! I actually think it works better than my Glucosamine Chondroiton, though I still take that too as a half of the dose I had been taking. It's even good for your heart!
P.S. I'm a recently retired R.N. so I'm pretty fussy about my supplements. I pay quite a bit of attention to dangers, side effects, and the results the supplement achieves for me by studying the effects before I buy anything at all and afterwards. I also tell my doctor what I am currently taking so he takes the products into consideration when he evaluates me.
