just the right dose
I take a multi, so 200 mcg is too much. Selenium is one of those things you don't want too little of, but you also don't want too much of. Not sure if it's as good to take 200 mcg every other day, so I chose this dose. NSI should offer the lower dose instead of 200 mcg only.

Just the right strength
This product is just the right strength in my supplemental regimen so that I do not overdo the level of selenium that I take during the day.
