Great E Complex
This is a tocopherol complex I take along with NSI Tocomin, a tocotrienol complex, to obtain a full-spectrum vitamin e supplement. This combination gave me very soft, smooth and healthy skin, along with all the other antioxidant benefits internally. A great value.
