I love these with saltine crackers and Texas Pete Hot sauce.

Quite good, if variable
This is a great product & a staple in my diet. My only complaint is the extreme variations between batches. I'm never sure what I'm going to get-very large sardines, more oil, smokier, overcooked, slightly mushy, etc., Saying that I'm mostly quite happy with what I do get, though occassionally unnerved by a forgotten fish spinal column.
