So far seeing some results I am on my second bottle of the CSI Alpa Lipoic Supplement capsules and I believe it is helping mu skin somewhat. I am not expecting miracle results so continue taking the product and may have more information after using it for a longer period. I wish I had more information to share but I do recommend others give it a try. Do be patient, as with all supplements nothing works overnight. October 4, 2012
