It works to dry up icky breakouts. And it does work. I have adult acne, my grandchildren have the teen acne which is much worse than mine, but it helps overnight. It does go on pink and I wouldn't use it in the daytime, but follow directions (do not shake) and dab it on at night. Next morning will show improvement.

Does the trick
I still have the occasional breakout and can always count on this to zap it in short time. My 15-year-old son uses this too and is very happy with the results.

"Drying" is right!
I can't speak to the effectiveness of this product. I used it for a few days and it was so drying I had to stop--my face was turning to sandpaper. My problem is that the "affected areas" of my face are so widespread, I'm basically using it all over. It might be different if a person was using it on a few spots. So it's not good for larger areas of your face.
Also, you can't really wear this in public. It leaves a big white spot. You could rub it around or wipe it off, but that would compromise the effect where you want it, and put it where you don't. So nighttime use only, I would say, unless no one sees you.

Sometimes this product works at drying out my blemishes, other times it doesn't and leaves acne scars :( My sister seems to like this product and it works well for her, but I would rather wait a couple of days for my cleanser to clear my acne with no scar left behind, than use this and be left with an acne scar. Maybe it only works well for a specific type of acne?

I got this for my son its the only thing that has really helped. You need to follow the directions or it wont work. You do not shake it just dip a q-tip in the dark liquid in the bottom and apply to the blemishes. You will love it and I love the new lower price.
