Directions

For brownies you will need:

  • ½ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8" x 8" or 9" x 9" baking pan

Instructions

 

Note: For Best Results:

• Do not overcook. Baking time will vary depending on the oven and pan

• For cake-like brownies, add 1 extra egg

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk together melted butter (or coconut oil), eggs, water, and vanilla extract in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Add Brownie Mix into the same bowl and stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread batter evenly into a lightly oiled baking pan.
  5. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before cutting and ENJOY!

Salted Caramel Brownies:

  • Follow instruction 1 thru 4 above
  • Gently press 10 caramel chew evenly into the batter
  • Bake as instructed
  • Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over warm finished brownies
