"Going for the Grape" I've been using Cytomax for years.."Cyto" meaning cell, this product really helps in the my cycling to prevent soreness and helps me go the distance..I put a few ice cubes in my water bottle with this before going out on a hot summer day. ..no jitters, just better energy and recovery. It's also great for general workouts, i've used this for tennis,too. I've tried all the flavors, and keep going back to this flavor, It tastes great! I like how there's no sucrose in this product. I hope Cytosport never discontinues this! March 16, 2013

Go Grape flavor tastes weird I would recommend the Tangerine flavor, it is the best I've tried. Downside is it's usually not 'ready to ship'. The product is good gives energy and helps in recovery after intense workouts. August 23, 2010

Nasty tasting We have tried the orange flavor and liked it. The grape has a awful after taste and not much of a grape taste either. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. May 29, 2010

Maximum Endurance for Cyclists and Runners.
Mix one to one and a half scoops of Cytomax in 16 oz. of water. Begin drinking 15-30 minutes into exercise. Drink 5 oz. every 15 minutes. After training, slowly drink another 16 oz. over the next hour to aid in recovery.
