Cytomax Works "Cytomax seems to have ingredients that are more usable for the body than, say Gatorade. I drink it whenever I can for workouts of at least an hour. A big slug of it every 15 minutes or so seems to be about right for me." This pomegranate berry flavor is a nice addition to their line. Citrus, orange, and this pomegranate berry are all good flavors. January 15, 2012

Mix one to one and a half scoops of CYTOMAX in 16 oz. of water. Begin drinking 15-30 minutes into exercise. Drink 5 oz. every 15 minutes. After training, slowly drink another 16 oz. over the next hour to aid in recovery.
