Very filling I have tried a few flavors and so far this is my favorite. I use the light since I am concerned about calories. I use one scoop with 6 ounces of water and the taste is good. I see no need to mix with anything besides water, but I guess that is up to the individual. You could probaly even use a little more water if you wanted to water down. Does taste like chocolate milk. Just drinking this amount makes you feel full for quite some time. Best to use before or after workouts. Gives a good amount of protein. Has a slight after taste as most protein drinks do, but not much compared to other brands. September 4, 2011
