Take 2 Scoops in 6-8 oz. of water or juice beneficial for Blood Type Diet A. For juices we suggest (for both secretors and non-secretors): Blackberry, Black Cherry, Grapefruit, Lemon, Pineapple, Prune or Apricot. Add sweetener and/or whole fruit, if desired. Use blender for optimum results.
