I really like the texture of this pasta, I find it to be much better than the rice pasta.

This pasta is quite nice - it is a slight distinctive taste to it at first, but with a yummy sauce you can't notice it. You need to follow the cooking time to a tee as this pasta will be soggy if you over cook it. I am thinking about undercooking my next batch so when I reheat left overs the next day, I won't have the overcooked soggy pasta problem.

Worst Gluten Free Pasta
Like the other reviewer said, this pasta turned to mush 2 minutes after I put it in boiling water. The end result looked like Chef Boyardee canned pasta. It was inedible.

This pasta started falling apart as soon as it was added to boiling water. It then proceeded to disintegrate during the 5 minute cook time.

Excellent gluten-free/corn-free pasta
These are some of the best gluten-free/corn-free noodles I have tasted. I really enjoy them. My infant daughter who is allergic to both gluten and corn likes the penne style because they are easy for her to pick up and feed herself.
