good product - bad packing
This excellent product arrived in so many pieces I couldn't even use it as lasagna. Every single piece in both boxes was broken and not just into two or three pieces either - just boxes of shards. Very disappointing - wouldn't order ever again. The spaghetti noodles were excellent though.

Lasagna
I could not tell the difference in taste from regular Lasagna noodles. I felt it was a little healther than the regular. One thing that supprized me was that every package I ordered was complete broken. This made making my Lasagna a little more difficult. This disapointed me. I cooked the lasagna noodles (pieces) and made great vegetable lagasna. However, I cooked the noodles 3/4 done and they swelled up in the pan after cooking. Nearly ran over the pan. LOL Overall I was satified particularly with the flavor. Again, they should find a way to ship the boxes so as the product doesn't break.
