Tastes like regular semolina pasta This stuff is good. It tastes very much like regular semolina pasta, but perhaps a little softer, as if it requires less cooking time than semolina pasta. The flavor is good and mild. I am going to cook some more this evening. January 20, 2013

  1. Boil four quarts of water.
  2. Add the contents of this package to boiling water, and stir gently until water boils again
  3. Cook from 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Drain, and serve
