Our Organic Whole Wheat Penne Rigate is made from the best certified organic wheat in Italy, and transformed into thin, ridged tubes by a pasta-making family with generations of experience. Enjoy it with basil or sun dried tomato pesto sauce, or a sauté of seasonal veggies.
1. Bring 5 quarts of water (per 1 lb of pasta) to a boil and add salt if desired. 2. Add pasta and cook for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally for firm al dente pasta (vary cooking time for desired consistency). 3. Drain immediately.
