Fantastic taste. I'm Italian and have been eating whole grain pasta for years. This product is exceptional. Because it is made from semolina, it has the pasta taste I'm familiar with from traditional pasta with the added bonus that it is whole grain. I recommended it to my doctor. I buy lots of it. I do cook it a bit longer than recommended. Although I like my pasta al dente, the time on the package makes it a bit too al dente. So give it a try. February 8, 2013

Delallo Organic Whole Wheat Fusilli Pasta No.27 Directions

1. Bring 5 quarts of water (per 1 lb of pasta) to a boil and add salt if desired. 2. Add pasta and cook for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally for firm al dente pasta (vary cooking time for desired consistency). 3. Drain immediately.
