I learned about Neem on the Dr Oz show. I am waiting to see if my dentist sees any difference like the lady on his show did. It doesn't taste as good as regular toothpaste, but it certainly isn't objectionable.

Great product I have recommended to many others
I really wanted to use Neem oil since it is so excellent for oral care, but Neem has a very disagreeable taste to it. I was so happy that this toothpaste is so pleasant tasting, cleans so well, and doesn't strip your teeth of it's natural protection like regular commercial toothpastes do. I have ordered many tubes and keep extras so I don't run out. I have had to use Synsodyne toothpaste for decades due to extremely sensitive teeth, so at first I was concerned to switch to anything else. My teeth are much less sensitive now than they ever have been! I am delighted!

desert essence natural tea tree and Neem toothpast
We are trying this product and have used it for a few months. So far we rate this a great item for all to consider,as its make up is such, that there is no abrasion to the enamel of the teeth. We are happy with the result of decreased plaque because the Neem. e certainly recommend this product to all.
