Great taste and consistency Me, my husband, and my 14 year old son use this. I only use on occasion, but my husband and son use it for working out and for meal replacements. Lots of protein! Best tasting & price I love this stuff. I use it for breakfast with water and frozen fruits, then I make chocolate milk shakes with it with crushed ice and low fat milk. Use can use soy, coconut or rice milk the possibilities are endless. I even blend my vibrant greens in and it still tastes good. December 5, 2012
