Collagen
I started taking these tablets fairly recently: I have increased the dosage to 2 daily and I also take MSM (2000 mg) twice daily. I am taking to increase my collagen intake in the hopes not to go down the Botox path. Its a bit too early to tell but, I see a slight difference. I also know I need to drink more water to see more results
