BIG tablets I take 1200 of RYR every day and had been taking two 600 mg capsules. I thought it would be nice to take just one pill, but these pills are HUGE. I was able to swallow them, but needed to drink a lot of water, and since taking at night...well, you know the rest! Switching back to two 600 mg caps. Love Doctor's Best. Love Vitacost.
