"I prefer this brand because it not only contains bio-enhanced NA-RALA but is also combined w/biotin. I'm curious why NA-RALA is not also included in the title of the brand as it is w/NSI brand. I've noticed this brand popular on another online vitamin store and I'm glad to see Vitacost is carrying it at a better price."

"I use this to increase the uptake of creatine and other nutrients post-work-out. The potent antioxidant effects are an added bonus. If you do research you'll find out this stuff has several benefits. This particular brand comes with Biotin- as R-Ala could potentially cause a Biotin deficiency."
