Dr. Bronner's Certified Organic Shikakai Conditioning Hair Rinse Citrus -- 8 fl oz
It works well with their castile soap to get hair nicer but has to be diluted before use and needs to be very well rinced. Can make you sting (eyes, skin). I don't recommend for kids.

Love the fragrance
This product smells like you are squeezing a fresh orange on your hair. I like it.

For use when using Dr. B's soap as shampoo!
This product is specifically formulated to regulate the pH of your hair and scalp after using Dr. Bronner's Castile soap as a shampoo. Everyone's hair & scalp is different, and it does take some experimenting to figure out the right concentration to mix for your own needs. When you use it, use just enough to saturate your hair, and massage in until hair feels smoother and/or softer. I don't suggest shampooing every day if you use this method, and Dr. B's soap doesn't work well as a shampoo if you have hard water because it won't lather.
Also, be warned that if you are switching from "commercial" shampoo & conditioner to ANY natural method, there will be a period of adjustment as your hair & scalp are freed from the buildup of "stuff" that has accumulated in your hair, and your scalp starts producing normal amounts of natural oil. It may seem greasy, or even like you just got out of the ocean, and have that beach-hair texture. You may find yourself shedding a ton of hair as well, and a lot of people notice a waxy buildup on their brushes/combs while transitioning. Your scalp may also become dry as it adjusts to producing its' own oil again. From what I have read and experienced, this is all normal. The shedding of hair is actually damaged, dry, or otherwise unhealthy hair being cast off to make room for the new. The waxy buildup on the comb? That's the gunk that "drugstore" shampoos & conditioners have left on your hair and under the cuticles of your strands of hair!
Hang in there, and stick with it! Once your scalp and hair adjust, and fresh, healthy, non-gunked-up hair grow in, it is WELL worth the effort! I'm a natural redhead, and my hair hasn't looked this shiny & vibrant since I was in high school! It's also super soft and has more volume than it used to, even when using commercial "volumizing" products.
Note: DO NOT USE CASTILE SOAP AS A SHAMPOO IF YOU DYE YOUR HAIR WITH COMMERCIAL DYES (HOME OR SALON)! IT WILL STRIP OUT THE DYE THAT LIES UNDER THE HAIR CUTICLES!

You only need like half as much as the label says though.

This is o.k.
This product has the consistency of water. It makes my hair feel good but the bottle is smaller and you have to pour it onto your hair. I would not buy this again because I use other Dr. Bronner products that I like better than this one. It may work better for someone else but it just did not give me enough uses for the money I spent on it.
