Dr. McDougall's Asian Entree Pad Thai Noodle -- 2 oz
I am a huge fan of Dr.McDougall, but this just didn't do it for me. I didn't like the texture of the noodles and the flavor was so-so. It is nothing like pad thai as we know it. The Terriyaki noodles were better. My all-time favorite is the Chicken flavored pilaf. I've got several people in the office hooked!

Good on its own, but great with added veggies
I use this a base for a meal. I add vegetables like peas, diced carrots, or broccoli and use a little more water in preparation. Also, have added toasted vegetarian "chicken" patty and/or chopped tofu for a protein boost. Overall, good flavor and texture.
