You Will Need: 3 Eggs; 2/3 Cup milk; 1/2 Cup oil.
Baking Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for shiny metal pans; 325 degrees for dark non-stick pans. Grease bottom of pan(s); line bottom with wax paper or dust with flour.
Blend cake mix, eggs, milk and oil in a large bowl at Low speed until moistened.
Beat at Medium-High speed for 2 minutes. Scrape bottom and sides of bowl. Resume beating at Medium-High speed for 2 minutes. Pour into pan(s).
Bake as directed below:
30-35 Min.; 1-9 inch x 13 inch pan. 30-35 Min.; 2 - 8 inch round pans. 30-35 Min.; 2 - 9 inch round pans. 30-35 Min.; 2 - 8 inch square pans. 20-25 Min.; 24 cupcakes.
Cool in pan(s) on rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan(s) and cool.
