Dr. Oetker Organic Icing Mix Vanilla Directions
You Will Need
1/3 cup (75 mL) softened butter
1/4 cup (50 mL) milk
Empty package contents into a bowl.
Add softened butter and milk.
Beat smooth at high speed of mixer or by hand. If necessary, beat in more milk, a few drops at a time, until icing has desired consistency.
Spread on cooled cake.
Makes sufficient icing to frost a double layer cake - two 8-inch rounds (1.2L).
