Dr. Oetker Organic Muffin Mix Apple Cinnamon Directions

Usage Directions / Dosage: You Will Need: 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp oil, 1(12 cup) muffin pan. Baking Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for a shiny metal pan, 400 degrees F for a dark non stick pan. Grease bottoms of a muffin pan or use paper baking cups. Blend milk, egg and oil in a bowl. Stir in muffin mix, breaking up large lumps. Mix until ingredients are blended. Do not over mix. Spoon batter evenly between 12 prepared muffin cups (about 3/4 full). Bake for 16 - 18 minutes. Cool muffins in pan for 5 minutes. Remove to cooling rack. Makes 12 Muffins.
