Dr. Oetker Organic Muffin Mix Cornmeal Directions
You Will Need
1 cup water
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
1 (12 cup) muffin pan
Preheat oven to 425 F for a shiny metal pan; 400 F for a dark non-stick pan.
Grease bottoms of a muffin pan or use paper baking cups.
Mix it up Blend water, egg and oil in a bowl. Stir in muffin mix, breaking up large lumps. Mix until ingredients are blended. Do not over-mix.
Split it! Spoon batter evenly between 12 prepared muffin cups (about 3/4 full).
Bake it! Bake for 16-18 min. Cool for 5 minutes.
