Yummy!
Moist and yummy! We added frozen blueberries to ours and used egg replacer. They baked up perfect. We'll buy these often. :)

Best we've tried
Awesome muffin mix. I replace the egg with a mashed ripe banana and the muffins are vegan. For the second box, I added a handful of frozen blueberries. Made them even better than before. I will try powdered peanut butter and vegan chocolate chips in the next batch. The batch after that, who knows? Maybe pecans. This is a really good basic muffin mix and seems to be a perfect base for experimentation.
