Use after a Dr. Singha's Mustard Bath, a sauna, a Jacuzzi or after a plain old hot bath! Massage the oil well into your Body When used as a therapeutic massage, a hot shower followed by a brief cold shower is recommended shortly after the session. A few drops can be added to the bath for your pleasure.
Ingredients: Organic safflower oil blended with pure mustard oil, almond oil with vitamin e, essential oils of lavender, rosemary, marjoram, sandalwood, thyme and mustard seed.
