How To Make Extraordinarily Good Tea

Use one bag for ac up, two for a mug. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to brew for a good four or five minutes - the Active Botanicals need this time to release all their valuable essential oils. Cover the mug while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.

Ingredients: Dandelion root (10%), burdock root (10%), corn silk, milk thistle, bearberry leaves, liquorice root, peppermint (10%), spearmint (10%), ginger root, sage, galangal root, artichoke leaves.
