Dosage: Adults: Only one bag in a cup of hot water not more than four times a day. Not suited to the taste of children.

How To Make Extraordinarily Good Tea

Use one bag for ac up, two for a mug. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to brew for a good four or five minutes - the Active Botanicals need this time to release all their valuable essential oils. Cover the mug while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.

Ingredients: Limeflowers (35%), hawthorn berries (35%), yarrow, fennel, scullcap.
