A Superfood That Satisfies I mix this blend in with my morning smoothie and have noticed that I don't find the need to eat anything else for breakfast and even find that I'm not that hungry at lunchtime. It could be because of the nutrient dense formula satisfies my body of it's needs, and true, I have other ingredients in the smoothie, but I believe adding a scoop of this product made all the difference.
