Craze is so so Ive try'd many Pre-work out products I either love a product or I hate one, Flavor wise I did not enjoy, It mixed well But I didnt feel a pump or that much of a tingle I would not get this pre-work out again April 10, 2013

Best PreWorkout...Period... Exactly what it is..Best preworkout there is. I've used/experimented with a lot of preworkouts in the past, but nothing beats Craze. It's not just hype. It's the real deal. Just don't get too dependent and make sure to cycle off this stuff every 3 months. April 4, 2013

As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 scoops with 8-16 oz. of cold water 30-45 minutes prior to training. Start by taking gone scoop to assess tolerance and increase the dosage slowly. Some individuals may find 1, 1.5, or 2 scoops is the ideal dose pre-workout. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Shake container before each use. Do not exceed 2 scoops in any 24 hour period.
