Great garlic flavor
I love this garlic and can't be without it! It makes great garlic bread- just toast the bread, spread with ghee or butter and grind away. Never bitter tasting. Just be careful not to use the grinder over a steamy pot as it can cause the little holes to clog up. If you need to add to a steaming dish just grind it onto a small paper plate and then brush it into the dish.

Does not work after first use!!
Great idea in theory and I liked the glass bottle. However the product becomes clumped together after opened, even though it was immediately closed after use. The way the grinder is designed the lid does not come off and neither shaking nor tapping the bottle with a utensil separates the solidified garlic at the bottom of the jar. SO A WASTE OF MONEY!

Tidy way to cook with garlic
I am so happy to have found a way to add great garlic flavor without the mess of peeling, mincing, chopping or pressing. The flavor is almost as good as fresh garlic and stays good in the mill without drying out and losing flavor.

I used this garlic mill for the first time tonight. I made spaghetti sauce from scratch. I found the flavor intense but not overpowering. The mill feature is very good. Grinding freeze dried garlic releases the flavor, so the garlic flavor is there, but that is not all you taste. I really hate the 'garlic hangover' you get at some restaurants. This garlic mill by the way is Made in Italy, so you know you are getting the authentic stuff.
