Dukan Diet Oat Bran Cookies Chocolate Chip -- 7.9 oz
Gets me through the day
I like both the Dukan Chocolate Chip and Coconut cookies. I buy multiple boxes and store them in the freezer. The Chocolate Chip have a few more calories and carbs than the Coconut, but are tastier. Neither are super sweet, but both help avoid giving in to sugar cravings.
I love the 3-pack sets -- I can open one in mid-morning and have just one cookie with a cup of tea and it will get me through to lunch. I do the same mid-afternoon and in the evening before bed. It's easier to stay on track with my diet and not give in to crazy sweets when I have these on hand.

Taste like cardboard!
Sorry but this product did not do it for me. It has no real chocolate flavor and it taste like cardboard! I was disappointed. Will not be buying this product again.

If you are following Dukan use this one
If you are following the Dukan Diet (which I found through Vitacost and it is a VERY effective diet) you need to consume oat bran daily. There are days I don't have time, am traveling, or simply don't feel like cooking up an oat bran item to make the daily requirement. I love having these on hand to meet that need. I tried all the oat bran items Vitacost offers and really this is the only one I like. Is it a delicious cookie? No, but it is ok, convenient, and not artificial tasting. It is light on flavor and pleasant enough to eat. This one has no artificial flavor in it either. I tried the mocha bars and the coconut cookies and it took so long to get through the box, they were both awful. These cookies are in packs of 3 and stay fresh as long as I have them around. I wish they were in packs of 2 as in most phases that is the daily allotment but snack sized zip style plastic bags stow the extra easy enough until the next day.

Nice for a trip
I use these when I travel as they keep without refrigeration. Inside, 3 cookies (a day's supply) are individually wrapped to keep them fresh.
The chocolate chip are way better than the coconut, at slightly higher calories.
I'm eating oat bran because of the Dukan diet, but I'm so pleased with how I feel I plan to keep eating it.
