Mixes very well Mixes very well but tastes absolutely horrible. January 23, 2013

Mild taste, mixes well I bought this protein powder because of it being completely natural (no acesulfame K or sucralose), being very high on whey protein isolates / concentrate, low on carbs and fat, and ultimately because of its "award winning" taste. I must say that the product is a very thin powder that mixes extraordinarily well, no clumps so far. It smells delicious but the taste is very mild once mixed. I've tried it with both water and partially skim milk and it feels watered down, so I end up adding a few scoops of strawberry shake powder, malt shake powder, and then a little sugar to add consistency, flavor, and extra carbs, especially post-workout. If you are after a natural whey protein shake, I would rather suggest the Iron-Tek products, which have a protein blend with a much better consistency and flavor. I am almost done with a 5-pound chocolate fudge and will soon try the wild strawberry one. November 19, 2012
