Best for the price This will be my second container. This is a great mix of ingredients. The taste is ok, tolerable with water but MUCH better with milk, or soy milk. Its very chalky but I got used to it rather quickly. I have drank one scoop with 8 oz of soy milk right before bed for 2 months. I enjoy knowing that I am receiving 7 hrs of BCAA, glutamine, and Protein absorption while I sleep. Very good product and the best price per pound out there. May 13, 2012
