I do not write reviews and never write a bad reveiw... generally i take the position that a product can be improved and management might want feedback both positive as well as where the opportunities are. I am an athlete and take a lot of supplements. amino acids are part of a daily regimine and I and 3 of my brothers compete professionally. I am the only one who tried this product and we all have tried numerous products that are difficult to get down from a taste perspective and otherwise but this is by far the worst tasting product i have ever tried that has to be tasted the after taste is absolutely metalic -the texture horrid likel snot and frankly the value for the money is much better spent in buying straight aminos or high quality protein powders. not sure how i cna finish the bottle. Also from a truth in labeling i am not sure the label clearly states that 4 tablespoons has the amount of aminos on the label --there is a clarity issue to me. I do not recommend this product

Great value multiple amino acid supplement.
Gives a hefty dose of amino acids per serve. Taste is not as bad as i had expected for this sort of thing- and i am not a fan of grape flavoured anything. The product is thick, syrupy but not unmanageable with the pouring lip on the bottle.
I recommend it over trying to mix powdered aminos if you want a broad range of amino acids, and a good alternative to trying to pop more capsules.

Side effects
From the very first dosage I felt a big difference. I had more stamina, energy and power. However, the side effects I have encountered are dry skin particularly around the mouth and lips. I have also experienced a mild lung infection. However, when I reduced the dosage from 4 times a day to 2 the side effects were less prominent. Since the lung engages in an active recreation in the metabolic role for processing amino acids, better to monitor the dosage of amino acids consumed and increase the dosage accordingly.

Burnt hair
This is the worst Amino blend ever. The flavor is so hard to handle, tastes like burnt hair, and corn tortillas. Seriously gag every time you open the lid, let alone drink it. Sure it may work, but there are so many more out there that you can tolerate. If you cant eat it, how is it supposed to work?!!!
