GAG! I train frequently in the gym and like to have amino acids in my diet at least twice daily. I've also tried Optimum Nutritions liquid amino and it was ok but decided to try this one next because there was no sugars. Let me be clear and say that NO ONE can EVER acquire a taste for this stuff, it is horrible! It tastes like rancid caramel, the consistency is a little too thick as well. Also would like to clarify that I'm not a baby when it comes to my health and fitness and am able to stomach a lot of nasty tasting things and have eventually acquired a taste for them, but this is so bad that I had to talk myself through drinking it.....ok my rant is over ;) March 3, 2013
